The Left is Dangerously Delusional!

I consider the Left to be almost all Democrats, RINO Republicans and the MSM

Dictionary.com: Delusional – Adjective – Having false or unrealistic beliefs or opinions.  (used in a sentence) Senators who think they will get agreement on a compromise tax bill are delusional.

Every time I turn on the TV, read a new current events book or see an article headline on the internet I have trouble believing the Left really thinks what they are saying and doing is good for America. I continue to believe that all that matters to the Left is personal power and money, and they will never have enough of either one. Here are a few recent examples of the Left’s delusion:

  • In a recent interview with David Axelrod, former Obama Senior Advisor and CNN Political Commentator, Jeb Bush talked at length about why he feels that President Trump needs to have a Republican primary challenger.
  • RINO Maryland Governor Hogan continues to talk publicly about the possibility that he will launch a primary campaign against President Trump. Several other RINO’s have also said they are considering doing the same thing. This is in spite of the fact that the RNC has made it crystal clear that they will not support a Republican primary challenger in any way.
  • Beto suddenly reversed his position and jumped into the Democratic primary campaign with some of the most bizarre statements and campaign planks I have ever heard. It has also been made public that he has some really bad “baggage” from his younger days that some of the MSM knew about when he was challenging Senator Cruz in 2016 but did not report on it? He wrecked his vehicle while trying to run from a DUI arrest and was a member of an organized criminal hacker group. Beto raised and spent over 80 million dollars in that losing campaign. Cruz spent less than 40 million. When Pelosi and prominent Democrats in Texas were asked to name one thing that Beto accomplished when he was in an elected office all they could come up with was a bill to name a post office.  After his formal announcement he got over 6 million dollars in donations in his first 24 hours. This was 100 thousand dollars more than Bernie Sanders raised in his first 24 hours. Where is all the money coming from?
  • Stacy Abrams, the handpicked, almost governor of Georgia is in Washington deciding if she is going to enter the crowded Democratic presidential primary. In an interview with Steven Ginsberg, the National Editor of The Washington Post she said, “I think that I am a skilled communicator, I think I’m a very good thinker. No, I know I’m a good thinker. I know I have policy chops. I have foreign policy experience. . . . I’ve done a great deal of work on a number of issues”. When she announced her run for Georgia Governor she had over $250,000 in credit card debt and owed the IRS $50,000. Now she is a potential presidential candidate with no known source of income? “If she decides to make the leap, the campaign would talk about race and identity, organizing, voter engagement and voter suppression, among other things”. Her position is that she lost the Georgia race because elections in Georgia, “are neither fair or free”. Based on some pretty credible reports it was her campaign that had a “large warehouse operation” doing everything possible to “stuff the ballot boxes”. Where is the money coming from? 
  • Even Chelsea Clinton has been attacked by the Left! At a vigil in N.Y. for the New Zealand mosque victims she was confronted by a group of students who claimed that she was partially responsible for the shootings because she had previously “stoked hatred against Muslims”. Her “sin” was making a public statement against Rep Omar’s anti-sematic public policy statements! Chelsea was invited to be part of that vigil?
  • Special Council Mueller filed documents in the U.S. District Court in Washington indicating that his “Russia interference with our elections probe” is ongoing. This is the clearest indication to date that the Left intends to keep this unjustified “investigation in search of a crime” going as long as they can. Tens of Millions of taxpayer dollars spent so far (that we know about) and many lives ruined with the only clear evidence so far indicating that the Obama White House, the DOJ, the FBI, the DNC and the Clinton Campaign all broke numerous laws and spent millions of dollars colluding and illegally trying to fix the election for Hillary.
  • The U.S. House of Representatives spent days last week passing a meaningless resolution demanding that the Mueller report (whenever it gets delivered to the A.G.) be made public in its entirety (which cannot be done for many legal reasons including national security). The only reason for doing this was to try and make the Republicans look bad when they did not vote for it. With President Trump’s full public support all the Republicans joined all the Democrats in voting for the meaningless resolution. This was nothing but a useless Democrat publicity stunt that wasted a lot of taxpayer money.
  • All indications are that “Speaker” Pelosi is losing control of her party in the House. I am reminded of when she was Speaker before and said this about Obamacare, “we must pass the bill so we can see what is in it”. Yes, there is TV footage of her saying that. I am now certain that she is that delusional. Under her leadership none of “the People’s Business” is getting done in the House.
  • Pelosi went public with her plans to support changing the voting age in America from 18 years old to 16 years old!
  • When an Army General was reporting to a congressional committee regarding the U.S. military’s needs in the upcoming budget year some representatives demanded our military remove an aircraft carrier and other ships from their requested items and replace them with airplanes that they said they did not need or want. With China rapidly becoming the number one threat to the world on the seas our military really needed the aircraft carrier and ships. I wonder how much money the lobbyist spent to get that done?
  • When Joe Biden said publicly that V.P. Pence is a “nice guy” the current Democrat declared presidential candidates “lined up” to denigrate Biden for saying that!
  • When it was reported that people in ICE detention centers were quarantined as a result of an outbreaks of mumps, measles and other contagious diseases the on-line attacks from the left went ballistic. They said things like this was “Trump’s Nazi death camps” and “they were for genocide on US soil. Repeat it with filthy MAGAs”. There were hundreds of comments like this on one CNN article.
  • When asked about the college admissions cheating scandal in a televised interview Senator Warren immediately condemned them. This is the person who signed forms at Harvard claiming to be part Native American so she would get special status as a minority on the staff.  She did the same thing on her Texas Bar application and in other places.
  • During an interview at the SXSW conference recently AOC said. “we must overhaul America’s garbage status quo, which is enslaved to irredeemable capitalism”. She also said that, “in America if you are unemployed you are left to die in the streets”.
  • Chris Wallace is increasingly showing his liberal side. In a recent interview with another Trump hater on Fox, Shepard Smith he said that, “there is no way Donald Trump can win a second term with just his base and he doesn’t seem to care about anyone else”. From what I have seen this is absolutely NOT TRUE!

Definitely DELUSIONAL!

When you add to the above the daily increase of Democrats officially declaring they are running for president, all with the same “capitalism bad, socialism good, raise taxes on corporations and the rich” platform, it is going to be an INTERESTING media circus from now until November 3, 2020!  And I still think that the Left will not succeed in removing President Trump from office and middle America will vote overwhelmingly to re-elect Him!

The Left is Openly Executing its Detailed Plan to Replace President Trump With Pelosi!

If President Trump is forced out of office the V.P. becomes President. If Pence is forced out after he became President without a V.P. in office (Pence would never get a two thirds majority in both houses no matter who he wanted as V.P.) Pelosi would become President. In this situation Pelosi would name a V.P. of her choice, subject to majority approval by both houses of Congress. Gerald Ford and Nelson Rockefeller are the only examples of this in our history.

I think that the Left knows it cannot defeat Donald Trump in November 2020. They will never admit this but everything they are doing is aimed at destroying his Administration and as many of his family and supporters they can, even if it happens after he is re-elected. Note: I consider the Left to be almost all Democrats, the RINO Republicans and the MSM. They are all eager participants in the detailed traitorous plan to take the White House away from those of us that elected Donald Trump. A look at some facts proves that this is happening, and the Left is no longer concerned about what they are doing being unethical, illegal and in some cases Treason. As noted in my article last week thefirst part of the Merriam Webster definition of Treason is: “the offense of attempting to overthrow the government of one’s country”.

I am not the only person who thinks that the Left knows it cannot defeat President Trump in November 2020 but will never admit it. Rush Limbaugh talked about this at length on his radio show one afternoon last week, and I have heard other people talk about this on Fox News.

Here are a few examples of the Left’s deliberate efforts to destroy the Trump Administration, and totally take over America:

  • California, including Los Angeles county is being forced to clean up their voter registration rolls as a result of the settlement agreement of a Judicial Watch law suit against them. California and many of its counties have refused to clean up their voter registration rolls even though it is required by the National Voter Registration Act (NVRA). The NVRA requires states and counties to remove voter registrations when the voter does not vote in two consecutive general federal elections. These are usually people who have moved to another county or state or have died. It is interesting to note that Los Angeles county has a total population that is larger than the total population of 41 of our states. Judicial Watch reported that Los Angeles county has more people on its voter registration rolls than it has citizens old enough to vote. These numbers are the reason the Left is so obsessed with getting rid of the Electoral College and letting illegals vote. Accomplishing either of these goals will guarantee that a Conservative Republican will probably never win a national election again and America will become a one-party Socialist country. The Democrats took the first step in getting illegals to vote recently when they passed legislation in the House that made it easier for people to commit voter fraud. After the bill passed Pelosi and other prominent Democrats went on record publicly encouraging illegals to vote whenever they could. The Democrat Party position is that everyone should be allowed to vote in local and state elections! NVRA prevents illegals from voting in national elections (for now) but state, county and municipal elections are not regulated by the NVRA!
  • Rep. Ayanna Pressley (D-Mass) proposed an amendment to HR1 that would change the legal voting age to 16! People who are 16 years old are usually less informed about politics than people who are 18 and more easily influenced. People who are 16 years old usually have two more years in school which makes them prime targets for liberal educator’s indoctrination.
  • Rep Schiff and his staff made four trips to N.Y. City to meet with Cohen and his “Clinton Fixer” lawyer, Lanny Davis to prepare Cohen for his testimony before Schiff’s committee. Schiff initially denied this but when it became public (thanks to Fox News) the Democrats issued a public statement insisting that this was perfectly OK and was “Standard Operating Procedure” in situations like this. I am now absolutely convinced that the Democrats are colluding with Cohen to get him to say what they want him to say in exchange for reconsideration of his pending prison sentence.
  • The recent release of the transcript of Bruce Ohr’s testimony before a congressional committee proves without any doubt that Rep Schiff, and other Democrats lied publicly and colluded with top FBI and DOJ officials to influence the election and later to try to impeach President Trump. Ohr was an associate Attorney General at the DOJ and is just one of the top FBI and DOJ officials who have been fired or forced out of office since President Trump was sworn in for inappropriate and\or illegal behavior while in office.
  • Tom Perez, the Chairman of the DNC publicly announced that Fox News would not be allowed to host any of the 12 scheduled Democratic Presidential Candidate debates, “because they are not a news organization”. I do not believe that any other media organization has a potential debate moderator team that is as honest, balanced, knowledgeable and professional as a Bret Bair, Martha McCallum and Chris Wallace team would be and has been in the past!
  • Every House committee and sub-committee chair is dramatically ramping up investigations of “everything Trump” and spending many millions of taxpayer dollars in the process. Rep. Nadler and Rep. Schiff are two of the most aggressive chairs. Schiff even hired a former federal prosecutor and recent MSNBC legal analyst to “lead his committee’s investigations into Trump’s Russia collusion”.  
  • Paul Manafort, Roger Stone, General Flynn and their family’s lives have been totally destroyed based on Mueller investigations that had nothing to do with the Trump campaign and were way outside Mueller’s special prosecutor mandate. Mueller and his staff covered this up by referring these prosecutions to state prosecutors. John Podesta, Bill Clinton’s Chief of Staff and Hillary’s campaign chair, and his brother Tony did some of the same things Manafort has been convicted of but no one seems to be concerned about that? Manafort has been held in federal prison in solitary confinement pending sentencing for FINANCIAL CRIMES! His initial sentencing was earlier this week. He was sentenced to 4.7 years in federal prison. His health has deteriorated to the point that he will most certainly die in prison. When the sentence was announced the Democrats immediately began to loudly and publicly say that the length of the sentence was an, “outrageous miscarriage of justice”! They insisted that it should have been much longer!
  • Rep. Tlaib held a press conference this week to announce that she was going to introduce a resolution calling for Trump’s Impeachment.
  • The Democrats refused to say that anything Rep. Omar has said or done has been wrong or out of order. All you have to do to see that this is not right is log into the internet or turn on a TV! Instead of condemning Omar in any way the Democrats passed an “all encompassing” bill condemning all forms of hate speech or discriminating behavior by anyone. This was an absolute and unnecessary waste of legislative time and taxpayer dollars! 

As predicted the Left has succeeded in the first part of their plan to take over the White House. That was to prevent anything from getting done in Washington until they destroy the Trump Presidency. However, I still think that they are grossly underestimating President Trump and his patriotic supporters!

Post Script: In a press interview with The Washington Post on Monday, March 11, 2019 Pelosi said she would not pursue impeachment against Trump because he “was not worth it”. However, she left herself an “out” when she said, “unless there’s something so compelling and overwhelming and bipartisan”. She is also letting all her House committee chairs continue to waste millions of taxpayer dollars and thousands of legislative hours digging for dirt on the Trump administration. It appears that she had to make this statement because Mueller is about to end his unethical and illegal investigation with nothing to show for it! The radical wing of her party is openly rebelling against this.

When Did the Left Transition From Partisan Politics to Treason?

As I wrote last week, I have been reluctant to use the word “Treason” to describe the Left’s behavior in the “Washington Cesspool” and some of the state governments. But after much thought, I am now convinced that what the Left (Democrats, RINO Republicans and the MSM) is saying and doing clearly meets the first part of the Merriam Webster definition of “Treason”.

Merriam Webster definition of Treason: “the offense of attempting to overthrow the government of one’s country or of assisting its enemies in war; specifically: the act of levying war against the United States or adhering to or giving aid and comfort to its enemies by one who owes it allegiance”.

When the new Congress was sworn in on January 3, 2019 a handpicked by Pelosi, hard Left, America hating, power mad Democrat became the chairperson of every committee, and sub-committee in the U.S. House of Representatives. These people apparently have unlimited power and unlimited budgets (it is not supposed to be this way in America, but it is now)! All of these people are openly using their unlimited power and unlimited budget to accomplish the same thing. That one thing is to destroy the Trump Presidency. Over the last few days these people have also made it clear that now they will not be satisfied with destroying the Trump Presidency (“attempting to overthrow the government of one’s country”)! Now they are making it crystal clear that they are also going to destroy members of President Trump’s family and as many of his close associates and supporters as they can! It is not supposed to be this way in America! This is what happens in third world countries when one group of people forcibly takes power over another group of people and immediately takes everything of value from every member of the former ruling family, and in some instances imprisons or kills them.

Here are a few examples of the Left’s current actions aimed at accomplishing their one goal:

  • Jerrold Nadler, chairperson of the House Judiciary Committee made the rounds on the Sunday MSM shows to announce that his committee, “would seek documents from more than 80 people and entities as part of a probe into possible obstruction of justice and abuse of power by President Trump. Some of the entities and people he named as examples were the DOJ, Donald Trump Jr, and the CFO of the Trump organization, Allen Weisselberg. Nadler also said, “we are going to initiate investigations into abuses of power, into corruption and into obstruction of justice. It’s our job to protect the rule of law (really?). It is very clear that the president obstructed justice”.
  • The first day of Michael Cohen’s (one of Trump’s former personal lawyers) testimony before Congress this week was a closed-door hearing before a House Committee. He was allowed to give a lengthy opening statement, that was leaked to the NY Times immediately by someone in the hearing and published by the Times while the hearing was in progress!
  • Cohen’s second day of hearings was public and broadcast by many of the networks. I had the privilege of watching and listening to most of this hearing while working on projects in my shop. It was truly “epic”.

Some of the things that were revealed during that hearing, that was sworn testimony and recorded were:

  • Cohen’s lawyer is lifelong Clinton “fixer” Lanny Davis who is allegedly representing Cohen FREE! 
    • Cohen did not volunteer to testify before Congress again just before going to prison for lying to Congress under oath and income tax fraud, among other things. Lanny Davis and other “powerful Democrats”, including current committee chairs collaborated and then “invited him” to testify again before selected committees just before reporting to prison.
    • Cohen is hopping for “re-consideration” for his pending prison sentence in exchange for his co-operating with Congress and the attorneys in the Southern District of N.Y. who are investigating President Trump’s alleged obstruction of justice.
    • Cohen’s statements and the documents and evidence he shared with the committee could not have been put together solely by him in the short period of time between when he was asked to testify again and his testimony. He obviously had “assistance” from knowledgeable people with a lot of resources. The documents were probably prepared by Lanny Davis and an experienced team of Democrats, lawyers and staff, and Cohen was well coached to say what they wanted him to say. Unfortunately, the results of the day of public hearing was that Cohen lied under oath again a number of times and will get more time in prison, not less.
  • Adam Schiff, one of the most unethical partisan Democrats in the “Washington Cesspool” chaired the committee that Cohen testified before, in private the third day. When the hearing ended Schiff, Cohen and every Democrat that was on the committee was “all smiles” for the TV cameras as they proclaimed it was a very productive hearing and Cohen was coming back for an additional day of testimony behind closed doors next week.
  • The hearings were deliberately scheduled to “compete” with President Trump’s meeting with North Korea’s dictator in Vietnam regarding the possible de-nuclearization of North Korea. This is unprecedented in American politics! What happened to the unbreakable rule that “politics stop at the water’s edge”?
  • Jared Kushner, President Trump’s son-in-law is another member of the Trump family that the Democrats are lazar focused on destroying (he is Jewish). The Democrats, with the eager assistance of the MSM, are leaking that, “members of the intelligence community” were strongly opposed to him getting a White House security clearance. None of the “officials” have been named and none of the reasons for their opposition have been made public?
  • Brietbart reported that, “Left -wing HBO host Bill Maher mocked voters in middle America on Friday’s (Feb 22) edition of “Real Time” explaining that less “affluent and educated” people in red states are jealous of those living in more prosperous states that tend to vote Democrat”. That was just part of his disgusting monologue. If you have not seen it the entire tirade of demeaning insults against Conservatives is available on the internet.

These are just a small sample of the Left’s OPEN EFFORTS to “overthrow” a Constitutionally elected President and destroy him, his family and as many of his supporters as they can, while making themselves and their party invincible! However, I still believe that they are all grossly underestimating President Trump and Middle America!

The Left’s Efforts to Destroy the Trump Presidency Have Become Frantic!

In some of my recent articles I wrote that the Left was obsessed with destroying the Trump Presidency because he was a threat to their power. When the new Congress was sworn in on January 3, 2019 this became even more obvious than it had been. The Democrats in the “Washington Cesspool”, with the support of the RINO Republicans and the eager assistance of the MSM, are flaunting their disdain for everything Conservative. And now Democrat party leaders in a number of states are “pilling on”. Nothing is “off limits” and facts do not matter. The only thing that matters is destroying the Trump Presidency.

I am still convinced that the Left’s sole objective is keeping total control of the power in Washington in their hands. However, I now think that there is something else the Left fears more than losing the power. If they do not succeed in destroying the Trump Presidency he will weaken the Left’s strangle hold on America, and the “Double Standard of Justice” that exist in the “Washington Cesspool” will be dramatically weakened. The “Washington Cesspool” cannot exist without the “Double Standard of Justice”.  

There has been a “Double Standard of Justice” in Washington for a long time. The Clinton administration relied on it to do as it pleased, but Bill was deceptive about it. He did not flaunt it. However, during Obama’s eight years in the White House it became an integral part of the operations of every branch of our Federal government. It got so deeply rooted in every branch of our Federal Government that it became an accepted way of life for the Left. It became a “Double Standard of Justice” on steroids for the Left! 

Past examples of the “Double Standard of Justice” are well known:

  • The Clintons used the Clinton Foundation, the Clinton Initiative, Bill’s fundraisers for the African Aids project and the Haiti Restoration project to become billionaires and enrich a wide circle of friends and supporters.
  • Hillary and her State Department staff’s blatant violation of Federal Government security regulations to cover up her endless stream of “Pay for Play” activities, with no one charged with a crime. When Hillary and her staff were questioned about this by the FBI they were not under oath, the meetings were brief and no one took notes.
  • The DNC fixed the primary to be sure Hillary won.
  • Hillary and the DNC colluded with the Obama Administration, the FBI and DOJ to try and destroy the Trump campaign.
  • The Obama Administration’s “Fast and Furious” debacle.
  • The IRS illegally targeted over 100 conservative groups (and individual members of these groups), while handing out tax exempt IRS approvals to every radical group they could find.
  • The Benghazi cover up.
  • The Obama Administration’s illegal surveillance and “unmasking” of American citizens.   
  • The leadership of the FBI and DOJ openly worked at destroying the Trump campaign while protecting Hillary, and then openly plotted to remove an elected President from office. They were so unconcerned about how illegal their actions were, and any chances they would be charged with crimes, they left a long trail of text messages and e-mails behind documenting their actions!

In spite of how blatant these examples of the “Double Standard of Justice” were, no one involved went to jail, Obama was re-elected and the Clintons and Obamas (and many of their friends and supporters) became rich beyond their wildest dreams. 

And now we are seeing glaring examples of the other end of the “Double Standard of Justice”:

  • People who were associated with the Trump campaign have been subjected to “no knock” predawn raids by large numbers of heavily armed FBI agents, they and their families’ lives are being destroyed and some are facing many years in prison and huge fines. Nothing they have been charged with had anything to do with the Trump campaign. People on the left who did the same things these people are being charged with have been totally ignored.
  • Every Committee in the U.S. House of Representatives is now chaired by a hard-Left Democrat. Every one of these committees is spending millions of dollars to open new investigations into “everything Trump”. As noted earlier many Democrats in state governments are joining in these endless investigations and/or opening their own endless investigations into “everything Trump”. In some of these “investigations” the Left is also going after members of President Trump’s family.

When you look at these examples of the “Double Standard of Justice” that exist in the “Washington Cesspool it is easy to conclude that the “Washington Cesspool” is so deep and corrupt that it cannot be fixed. But that is beginning to change! Donald Trump declared he was running to be President on the Republican Party ticket, and then he won the election and was sworn in as the 45th President of the United States of America!

In recent months every top official in the FBI and DOJ has been forced to resign or been fired. The only one left is Rod Rosenstein at the DOJ and his resignation was just made public. Some of these people have been investigated by independent IG’s and some are still being investigated. There are strong indications that some of them will be charged with crimes. Lying under oath, tampering with evidence in Federal investigations, illegally leaking confidential information, and illegally plotting to remove a sitting President are some of the crimes they will likely be charged with. Andrew McCabe is the best example that these people will be charged with Federal crimes. He is on a nonstop stream of appearances on various media outlets insisting that everything he did was approved by FBI and DOJ officials, including James Comey and Rod Rosenstein! As I watched parts of his interviews over the last few days I thought to myself that this is the first serious crack in the “Washington Cesspool’s” “Double Standard of Justice”! And Donald Trump is still in the White House!

I Really Hope the Democrats Keep Doing What They are doing Until November 3, 2020!

When President Trump won the 2016 election the Left (Democrats, RINO Republicans and MSM) became obsessed with hatred for him and destroying his presidency. This has been obvious to anyone who follows the news at any level. For at least a year many Conservatives have said publicly that the Democrat’s sole agenda was to destroy the Trump Presidency. It is obvious to me that they are correct, and that now the “destroy Trump agenda” is a carefully planned and organized three-part plan. They are aggressively executing all three parts simultaneously in case they fail to destroy his presidency before November 6, 2020. The three parts are:

  • Destroy the Trump Administration and force him out of office with the ultimate goal of putting him in jail.
  • Prevent the Federal Government from doing anything until November 6, 2020 so they (with the eager assistance of the MSM) can blame Trump for all the Federal Government’s failures until then. They believe that this will make conditions in America so bad it will cause him to lose that election. I overheard a person on Fox News one day last week say, “The Democrat’s agenda was no agenda”. As I thought about that it confirmed what I have been thinking for months. The Democrats, led by Pelosi and Schumer, are deliberately hurting America to defeat Trump!
  • Bury President Trump’s re-election campaign in the media with an avalanche of opposing candidates. As of this weekend there are already over 20 Democrats who have publicly declared they are running for President. There are over 20 more Democrats who have publicly said they are strongly considering running. There is at least one well known billionaire who has said publicly that he is researching running as an Independent and believes he can win by the numbers. Democrat party leadership is furious about this because they think he will take votes from Democrats. Several RINO Republicans have said they are considering running against President Trump on the Republican party ticket. Running against a sitting president on the same party ticket is something that is just not done! The Democrats love this idea and are encouraging it.

In addition to the Democrat’s three-part plan, various Democrats are taking (preapproved by party leadership) ridiculous public shots at President Trump and his supporters: Here a few of the most recent:

  • The Democrats on the Bicameral Congressional committee that is supposed to be putting together a compromise border security plan initially refused to discuss any budget for any form of border barriers. Last week it appeared that they might be willing to agree on a compromise bill that did budget some money for some border barriers. Last Friday, 2/08/19 the committee announced that the Democrats suddenly began to insist that any budget for any barriers would only be approved by the Democrats if the number of beds ICE has available to use to detain illegals was substantially reduced! This would effectively force ICE to release thousands of violent illegals if they could not immediately deport them! Many of these are illegals who committed crimes, here in America after they got in the country illegally! With a 2/15/19 deadline to have a compromise bill approved by Congress and signed by the President, an acceptable compromise bill had to be submitted to congress by the committee on 2/11/19. If the committee failed to submit an acceptable bill to congress by this deadline it would effectively kill the bill. This would be just one more carefully planned and orchestrated (poison pill) effort by the Democrats to hurt America and blame President Trump for it! Update: Thecommittee reached a compromise deal on Monday night, but it may not pass through congress and the President may not sign it. Complete details about what is in the bill have not been made public yet. What has been reported is that parts of the bill are BLANK, to be filled in after the bill is passed by congress and is signed by the President, if it passes and is signed by the President! Update: this morning, 2/14/19 the bill has not been placed before the House for a vote and people from both parties have referred to “poison pills” in the bill. Both parties are unhappy with the bill. President Trump said last night that he had not seen the bill yet, he was unhappy with what he knew about the bill, but liked the direction it was going in.
  • California governor Newsome and New Mexico governor Grisham both ordered the National Guard troops off their southern border! Yes, they can legally do this. Coincidence? Grisham also ordered the concertina wire that the troops had installed on the state’s border be removed.
  • Senator Warren joined a long list of prominent Democrats who are publicly saying that in November 2020 Trump may not still be the President, and in fact he may be in jail!
  • Cory Booker joined a growing list of prominent Democrats who are publicly declaring their support for AOC’s “Green New deal”. He said that denying that global warming (now called climate change) is an immediate threat to the world is the equivalent of denying the Nazis existed in World War 2!
  • The Democrats continue to angrily declare that “Trump is lying about a crisis on our southern border and the number of arrest and drug seizers on the border are actually declining”. According to what the Border Patrol publicly told President Trump on his recent trip to the border it is the Democrats who are blatantly lying about conditions on the Border. Over 200,000 illegals were apprehended on the border between October 1, 2018 and January 31, 2019! This is an 84% increase over the same time period a year ago! Border patrol agents cited two examples of recent apprehensions that highlighted how serious the crisis is. Border Patrol agents noticed smoke from a large camp fire along the border. When they approached the campfire they found 151 illegals waiting to be taken into custody. The second example was that in January they apprehended illegals from 17 different countries, including two from Pakistan! The media that was traveling with President Trump on this trip, and the MSM have made sure this information was buried.

It is clear to me that the “Washington Cesspool’s” survival depends on destroying President Trump any way they can, regardless of how much damage they do to America along the way. In addition to all the other positive things President Trump has accomplished in his first two years, his insistence on making our southern border secure is a key part of defeating the Left’s plan to ultimately take total control of our government. Without millions of illegals voting (almost all for Democrats) the Left cannot ever totally take over our government (at least until the millennials become the ruling class, but that is another problem on its own!).

The Left Believes So Strongly That They Are Invincible They Have Become Irrational and Un-American!

As I wrote last week, the Left (Democrats, RINO Republicans and the MSM) has become so obsessed with what they believe is their total power over America they think they are invincible. This is especially true as they display their open hatred for President Trump and his supporters. That is the only explanation for their irrational and un-American behavior. Everybody on the Left loudly insist that they know what is “wrong with America” and they know how to “fix it”. They are all mired so deep in this mindset that they stubbornly refuse to admit that anything good has happened in America since President Trump was elected. Anytime anyone tries to ask them a question they do not like they ignore the question, denigrate the question, or my favorite, they deflect the question by blaming Trump and his supporters for something else. The latest example of their puppet like deflection is the steady stream of people on the left being “talking heads” and somehow blaming President Trump and other prominent Republicans for “creating an environment” that caused so much negative focus on Virginia Governor Northam’s 34 year old racist picture, that he now denies was him. They clearly have a prepared script with specifics allegations against President Trump, Representative Scalise and Representative King to use to deflect any focus on the governor. The Left’s own attacks on the governor are also a deflection. The Left is using the racist claims to deflect attention away from their extreme stance on abortion. This is now their S.O.P. Deny, deflect, attack and then claim they are the only ones who can, “make America right again”. This is all they can do now because the Trump Administration has accomplished so much in his first two years!

Since President Trump was sworn in we have:

  • More Americans working than ever before. The highest labor participation rate we have had in decades.
  • Average increased income for working Americans of 3.3% in 2018. Working Americans also got bigger pay checks as a result of the Trump tax cuts.
  • America became the number one oil and gas producer in the world while meeting the goals set for it in the Paris Climate Agreement, even after President Trump withdrew us from the agreement. It is interesting to note that some of the other countries that are still part of the agreement did NOT meet their goals!
  • In recent trade talks between China and President Trump China committed to purchase a lot of American goods, including a large amount of soybeans, and to make Fentanyl be a controlled substance in China! Fentanyl overdoes in America has become a growing epidemic. There were 18,000 Fentanyl overdose deaths in America in 2018. Recently 254 lbs. of illegal Fentanyl were discovered in a load of cucumbers coming into the U.S. from Mexico. Experts say that a small amount no bigger than a few grains of salt can be a deadly overdose, so 254 lbs. would be enough to overdose millions of people.
  • GDP in America in 2018 was a record 3.2%. During Obama’s eight years GDP was dramatically below this every year he was in office.
  • 304,000 new jobs were created in January, in spite of the shutdown!  During President Trump’s two years in office American businesses have created an average of 250,000 new jobs per month. During Obama’s eight years in office there were times when you could add up the new jobs created in America for many months and it would not total 250,000. Obama even said that “those jobs are not coming back”.
  • There is a power generating plant in the county south of me. It had five towers working before the Obama Administration killed coal production. Four were shut down and one was converted to natural gas. The last one was shut down in 2015. For years there were miles of empty coal rail cars sitting idle, abandoned at the rail yard at the plant. Last Saturday as I passed by the plant I noticed all the rail cars were GONE. The railroad is using them to haul coal again! And there is a major construction project going on at the plant.

If the Left is not successful in destroying the Trump Administration before November 6, 2020, President Trump will be re-elected. The Left will never admit it but they know that is true. That is why they are so obsessed with attacking President Trump and his supporters. I am going to continue to support and bet on President Trump!

Postscript: I have been following politics my whole adult life, closely for over 40 years. During all this time I have never seen such disgusting un-American behavior like I witnessed from the Left before, during and after the 2/05/19 State of The Union address, especially during the address!

The Left Has Become So Obsessed With Power That They Believe They Are Invincible!

The Left (Democrats, RINO Republicans and MSM) has become so obsessed with their Power they are deliberately putting the future of America at risk! In fact their actions are so extreme now that it looks like the destruction of our Constitution, as declared by Obama when he said, “we are going to fundamentally change America”, is their ultimate objective. As I think back about watching him say that on TV I had no idea that was really going to happen, much less this soon! Here are a few recent examples that prove that is happening now, and is a planned, organized and inflexible effort with everybody on the Left eagerly working to achieve that goal:

  • The Mueller pre-dawn raid on Roger Stone’s home is the latest and clearest example of the Left’s obsession with their own power and is undeniable proof that they believe they are so powerful they have become invincible (Merriam Webster definition of invincible: incapable of being conquered, overcome, or subdued). Several things make the Mueller raid one of the most glaring examples of the Left’s open disdain for our Constitution. The carefully planned and coordinated raid happened before daylight on Friday morning,1/25/19. The warrants for Roger Stone’s arrest were served by FBI officers in NINETEEN VEHICLES. SOME OF THE OFFICERS WERE WEARING RIOT GEAR AND CARRYING LONG GUNS. A HELICOPTER WAS HOVERING OVER THE BOAT DOCK ON THE RIVER BEHIND HIS HOUSE! AND CNN WAS COVERING IT AND BROADCASING IT LIVE (BUT CNN DENIED BEING TIPPED OFF IN ADVANCE?)! The alleged crimes Stone was charged with all happened after the 2016 election and had nothing to do with the election, including allegedly lying to Congress? A number of recognized legal experts have stated publicly that this raid is absolutely unprecedented in America! Pam Bondi, former Attorney General of Florida said in a Fox News interview that she had worked as a prosecutor since she was in her 20’s, had been on raids where dangerous career criminals with multiple outstanding warrants were taken into custody, and she had never seen anything like the Mueller raid. Greg Jarrett, Fox News legal analyst said the same thing. Alan Dershowitz, a former Constitutional law professor, practicing attorney, author of many books about the Constitution and American legal system, and a hard Left Liberal, said the same thing. He reiterated that everything Stone was charged with allegedly happened after the 2016 election and had nothing to do with the election! Several of the legal experts came to the conclusion that this raid was Mueller sending a message to the world that he can and will do this to anyone he chooses, and that he is invincible (subordinate to NO ONE). If there was any doubt about this conclusion, leaking it to CNN in advance and letting them send a reporter and camera crew to report on the raid, as it was happening is proof that this conclusion is undeniable. Mueller deliberately made the raid be extreme and public! One of the legal experts noted that this kind of thing happens in other countries that are ruled by dictators, NOT in America! A final note on what makes this raid so un-American is that the judge that Stone appeared before after his arrest released him on “his own recognizance” (he was allowed to sign his own bail and did not have to post bond). This is a clear indication that the normal procedure would have been to notify Stone, through his attorney, that he was being ordered to voluntarily surrender to authorities at the appointed time and place. Not execute a raid of any kind.
  • Nancy Pelosi is also acting as if she is so powerful she has become invincible! She cancelled the President’s scheduled “State of the Union” speech, in writing! She agreed to reschedule the speech at a time of her choosing. She has repeatedly refused to even discuss the President’s border security plans and continues to do so. When asked recently by a reporter if she was willing to negotiate on a new border security plan she angrily replied, “have I not made my position on border security clear?”. She even refuses to acknowledge that her inflexible “no barriers stance” is in direct contradiction to her long public record of supporting border walls (and her state already has a wall)!
  • When the President agreed to sign a new bill reopening the government, based on a number of Democrats verbally agreeing (some publicly) to negotiate on a border security plan that did include barriers in some places, Pelosi and Schumer immediately held a joint press conference. In the press conference they gleefully declared total victory over the President and denigrated him in the worse possibly ways. Schumer even said twice that he, “hoped the President had learned his lesson and would not make the same mistake again”!
  • When a reporter recently asked Pelosi about the President having special legal protections while he was in office, she angrily denied that he does. One more example of the Left openly ignoring the existence of our Constitution.


America is clearly at a “fork in the road” where there are only two possible directions we can go. If we keep going to the Left our Constitution will be shredded and America will be, “fundamentally changed” forever. Or we can demand that we go to the Right and be that “shining city on the hill” that President Reagan described and moved us toward being. I firmly believe that with our support President Trump will continue to “Make America Great Again”, in spite of the Left’s obsession with wielding complete power over everyone who does not blindly follow them!  

Buckle Your Seat Belts! The Left is Going to Make Every Day from Now Until the November 6, 2020 Election a Very Rough Ride!

In his book “SPYGATE” Dan Bongino said that there are two different reasons the Left wants the Trump presidency destroyed. These two reasons are:

  • The Democrats because, “they do not want Barack Obama’s policies reversed, and they don’t wish Trumps victory to be a repudiation of his presidency. They want Obama’s legacy preserved unblemished”. 
  • The Never Trump (RINO) Republicans because, “they want the power he took by becoming the unlikely president “of the people” returned to the safe keeping of the establishment class”.

I believe that Bongino’s analysis was correct initially, but it has gone way past that now!

Every day it becomes more obvious that the left (Democrats, RINO Republicans and MSM) have become so desperate to destroy the Trump presidency they do not have any limits on what they will say or do. They are not satisfied with the possibility of beating him in the November 2020 election. They will never admit it, but if his presidency does survive until November 2020, they will not be able to beat him in that election. If the Left does not succeed in their frantic efforts to destroy his presidency before the November 2020 election President Trump will be re-elected, and the Left will not win a national election for many years to come! The Left will never admit this, but they know it!

The Left is so consumed with destroying the Trump presidency that it is the only thing they are focusing on, and any pretense of them exhibiting any morality, ethics or integrity in their actions no longer exist. They are also very organized and inflexible in all their efforts to achieve this goal. Here are a few recent examples:

  • They suddenly got a new talking point to denigrate the President’s demands for a wall on parts of our southern border. They are all now referring to the wall as nothing but a Trump “vanity project”.
  • They still angrily insist that the U.S. simply cannot afford to waste money on a wall. This is a ridiculous statement coming from the Left when it has a history of wasting money. Like the trillions of dollars the illegal immigrants have cost American taxpayers already and are continuing to cost us because of the lack of proper border security.
  • They still insist that the Obama Administration did not ever do anything wrong. A glaring example of this was Maria Bartiromo’s interview with a Connecticut congressman on her Sunday morning show on 1/13/2019. She asked the congressman about the Obama administration illegally obtaining FISA warrants during the 2016 presidential campaign, using those FISA warrants to illegally surveil American citizens, and then illegally unmasking a lot of those American citizens. The congressman, with a straight face, denied the warrants were illegally obtained. When Maria called him out on that blatant lie he tried to change the subject with his answer. But Maria refused to let him off the hook. She confronted him with specific details about how the DOJ and FBI misled the FISA court judges to get the warrants, and then used the FISA warrants illegally over and over again. I got so disgusted by the congressman’s behavior that I turned the TV off! This was not an isolated incident of the Left blatantly lying about the Obama administration’s illegal activities as it worked to elect Hillary.
  • The number of Democrats who are planning to run for president in the 2020 elections is literally beyond comprehension. When the number of candidates began to grow so rapidly I wondered why the party leadership, that is so inflexible and focused on its efforts to destroy the Trump presidency, was allowing this to happen? And then it occurred to me that this is by design!  With 30, 40, 50 or more prominent Democrats campaigning in the Democratic presidential primary they will overwhelm all the media in America. Especially with the MSM’s open hatred for President Trump and his supporters. As I thought about this it occurred to me that this is a brilliant anti-Trump strategy. With this many people campaigning on the national stage they will dramatically reduce President Trump’s visibility in the media. They will also overwhelm the national media with constant attacks on the Trump administration. It does not matter to the Democrats which one of their candidates wins the primary as long as they all focus on attacking Trump and do not attack each other. This strategy also has the added benefit of showcasing to the general public how deep the Democratic party’s pool of powerful and well qualified people is (powerful and well qualified by their hard-Left standards). And the candidates have nothing to lose and everything to gain. Even when all but one loses the primary they all will walk away with overflowing campaign war chests. This is money that they can spend just about any way they want to in the future, and they will have a huge boost in name recognition on the national level. Only time will tell if the party leadership can keep them all focused on attacking Trump and not each other?
  • And then you have the never-ending Trump Russia investigation! While this alleged collusion was happening, with no proof of criminal behavior what so ever uncovered so far, the Obama administration was openly meddling in elections in other countries on a regular basis! And they were doing this with U.S. taxpayer money and U.S. taxpayer funded staff! This was being done through a little-known U.S. government agency that is part of our State Department, “USAID” (United States Agency International Development). From 2012 to 2016 this agency gave Soros’ Open Society Foundation almost five million dollars to fund its operations in Macedonia named “Open Society Foundation – Macedonia”. This is just one glaring example of the Obama administration’s constant meddling in other countries’ politics, using U.S. tax payer dollars!

It is obvious that the Left’s singular objective from now until the November 2020 elections is to drown out any and all GOOD news from the Trump administration and replace it with their propaganda. I think the Left is totally underestimating President Trump and all his middle America supporters!

It is Going to be a Great New Year, except for the Left!

So many good things are happening in America, but the Left (Democrats, RINO Republicans and MSM) are obsessed with stopping it from happening, or outright denying it is happening. Here are a few recent examples:

  • ABC published an article about President Trump being the first President in years that did not visit troops during the holidays, as he and the First Lady were landing in Iraq! What did the MSM do then? They did not retract the article but instead took issue with how many days he was in office before he made the historic visit. They also took to twitter to mock the First Lady’s choice of foot wear (again). She was wearing Timberland boots in a war zone!
  • The stock market had the highest one-day gain in history on December 26, 2018, but the MSM is ignoring this and continuing to talk about the days it lost points up to Christmas eve.
  • The Left, including Obama, Schumer, and Pelosi publicly advocated for a secure border, including a fence for years, until Donald Trump was elected. Now the Left insist that a “wall is immoral” and the “American voters are overwhelmingly opposed to a wall”. Neither of these proclamations is remotely true! Sometimes I wonder if the Left does not know that years of video and audio tape exist of what they said and did in the past?
  • When Obama was in the White House ISIS grew so fast and became so powerful they were able to create their own country. President Trump, as Commander in Chief gave our military what they needed to finally defeat ISIS. Then he gave the order to the top commanders to devise a plan to get all our troops out of Syria. When the deadline came and went without his orders being carried out he announced that we were no longer needed in Syria and were pulling our remaining forces out. Our troops are being replaced by a much larger force of Turkish trained Syrian fighters with a pledge from the President of Turkey to finish off any remaining ISIS cells in that part of the world. Syrians cleaning up what is left of ISIS in Syria with the support of Turkey. How can that not be a good thing? Now the Left suddenly hates the idea that President Trump is putting America first and bringing our troops home! Some even ridiculed his speech where he told our troops, “we are going to have to stop being the policemen of the world”. Securing our own borders instead of another country’s and strengthening our own economy instead of another country’s? How can this suddenly be a bad thing?
  • Yahoo View published an article claiming that FOX NEWS host like Sean Hannity were losing viewers as a result of their constant support for President Trump. In the article they did acknowledge that Hannity was still the number one rated show but made a point that his numbers were off somewhat in December. If you took the article title at face value instead of looking at the numbers you would probably believe the title was true. They also did not mention how strong the FOX line up is in every afternoon and evening time slot, especially from 4:00 p.m. to 11:00 p.m.   
  • Retiring Senator Bob Corker blasted President Trump on twitter over the partial government shut down. He actually posted “alert the day care staff“ because President Trump is insisting on funds for a border wall! This RINO is “retiring”, which means that he was so anti-Trump during the 2016 campaign that he could not possibly get re-elected in Tennessee.
  • One of the ”talking heads” on CNN had a banner headline that said Trump was a “Failure as America’s CEO”? Apparently this was based solely on the partial government shut down?
  • The Federal Reserve Bank board dictates what the prime interest rate is in America. This power is supposed to be used to maintain a stable American business climate. Raising or lowering the prime borrowing rate banks must pay as they borrow funds from the Federal Reserve bank to maintain their daily cash flow needs affects the rates the banks charge their customers, so it affects every business transaction in America in some way. The Federal Reserve Bank board is supposed to be non-political. However, they only raised rates one time during Obama’s eight years in office. But they have raised rates constantly during President Trumps first two years in office. Every time they raise rates it slows down business expansion in America because it increases the cost of business expansion. It also increases the cost of all consumer credit, which reduces the amount of money consumers have to spend on other things. The Fed Chairman’s reasons for the rapid and constant rate increases is that they are preventing the economy from “overheating” and “working to control inflation”. Somehow that sounds to me like they think that things are going “too well” in America now?

At the risk of being redundant I am going to repeat something I said in my article last week. It is the only way I know to explain the Left being totally out of touch with reality on everything. Every time I see or hear something from the Left, I can close my eyes and clearly hear them say, “or you going to believe me or your lying eyes”?

It is a Great Time to be an American, Except for the Left!

Every where I go I still see many great things happening in America. Shopping, new construction, people saying Merry Christmas. Yet everyone on the Left (Democrats, the MSM and RINO Republicans) are getting angrier and more irrational by the day? Every time I hear something from the Left I am reminded of the saying, “are you going to believe me or your lying eyes?”. Here are some examples of how angry and irrational the Left is and the obvious double standard of justice we have in the Washington Cesspool:

  • Mika Brzezinski, the co-host of MSNBC’s Morning Joe program referred to Secretary of State, Mike Pompeo as “Trump’s b… boy” on the air! She did apologize for the disgusting crude remark on the air the next day, but I suspect it was not by choice. Her remark was so crude that it fell below the MSM’s usual anti-Trump hatred. Imagine if someone on FOX made a remark like that!
  • Chris Matthews, another MSNBC host angrily said on air that “Trump will resign in the next few weeks”.
  • Mueller has now spent over $30 million on the alleged Russia collusion special council investigation and is still going forward. This is in spite of the fact that there has not been a single shred of evidence discovered that proves there was any Russia campaign collusion, except by the Democrats. This is clearly “an investigation in search of a crime”, which is blatantly illegal and un-Constitutional.
  • The Steele Dossier, which is the basis for the Mueller special council investigation, was initiated by the Clinton campaign and paid for by the Clinton campaign, the DNC and OUR FBI!
  • Every aspect of the Steele Dossier has been totally debunked by a wide variety of credible people. For example, the dossier claims that Trump’s former lawyer, Cohen went to Russia to arrange the collusion. There is absolutely no evidence that Cohen went to Russia.
  • The Steele Dossier was used to launch the Trump Russia collusion special council investigation while Comey was Director of the FBI. It was also used to get illegal FISA warrants to spy on Americans by the Obama Administration.
  • The FBI used search warrants to stage predawn raids on various Trump campaign staff where they seized documents and took people away in handcuffs. But not a single Democrat has been subjected to this level of “investigation”. Just compare it to Hillary’s “e-mailgate non-investigation”!
  • After each of Jim Comey’s recent two days of testimony before a congressional committee he held an impromptu press conference. What he said at these press conferences and his demeanor reminded me of a petulant spoiled brat who did not get what he wanted. According to the transcripts of his testimony, and according to people in the hearing, he repeatedly lied under oath. No one has even mentioned that he would be charged with these crimes. Cohen and Flynn have both been charged with the same crimes and forced to plead guilty!
  • After his second day of testimony Comey’s behavior and comments were even more petulant than they were at his previous press conference. He loudly complained that he was repeatedly asked to explain his handling of the Clinton e-mail investigation versus his desire to talk about the Russia campaign collusion. Note: in recent days new evidence has been made public about how deeply he was involved in “fixing” the Clinton investigation. According to the new evidence he was involved in the “cover up” to the point of breaking a number of laws and illegally colluding with the Clinton campaign to assure that she won the election. In fact he was an integral part of the top FBI staff that developed the “insurance policy” that was intended to assure that Trump did not win the election.
  • John Pedosta, Clinton’s campaign chair and his brother Anthony had an international consulting firm that took in millions of dollars, without being in compliance with all the federal regulations required to represent foreign entities. The company was immediately shut down when Clinton lost the election. This was obviously part of the vast Clinton “pay to play” network. But, so far, the MSM and FBI have failed to acknowledge any of this. Cohen and Flynn were both charged with violating the same laws that the Podesta brothers violated and then they were forced to plead guilty.
  • The MSM posted the results of a “national poll” that said that “now the majority of Americans believe that America is in worse shape economically than it was during the Obama Administration”. Every measure of our current economy indicates that this is not based on any facts.

Based on everything I see and hear (other than from the Left) I still believe that it is a great time to be an American! President Trump, his staff and supporters will prevail!

Merry Christmas!

There is so Much Good Happening in America, and the Left Hates it!

As I have written in the past, everywhere I go I see GOOD things happening. Large commercial developments, new homes being built, people shopping and Help Wanted signs.

An unemployment rate of 3.7% confirms that GOOD things are happening all over America. Many economists consider a 5% unemployment rate as being an economy that is at full employment. When I questioned this 5% theory in an economics class in college the professor explained that there will always be some people who are unemployed for a variety of reasons. As we discussed this further it then made sense to me.

When you consider that we have a 3.7% unemployment rate with a Labor Participation Rate at one of the highest points in history this is even more remarkable. Labor Force Participation Rate definition: the percentage of the population that is of working age (16) and are also members of the work force. If you look at unemployment rate charts for the last ten years you will see that they indicate that the rate went up quickly during Obama’s first years in office (he blamed it on Bush 43). During this time the Democrats also had a majority in the U.S. House of Representatives and the Senate. And then the unemployment rate began to fall every month. One month when there were only 13,000 new jobs reported the Obama Administration declared that the unemployment rate dropped a tenth of a point to 4.7 percent. This is statistically impossible! When I saw this, I did some research and discovered that the Obama Administration was “manipulating” the number of people that they counted as being part of the workforce! They significantly reduced the number of weeks that anyone who became unemployed was eligible for unemployment benefits, and then stopped counting them as being part of the workforce when they were not drawing unemployment benefit checks.

While his administration was manipulating the numbers, Obama was giving speeches where he said things like, “those jobs are never coming back”, “we cannot drill our way out of high gas prices” and “we cannot drill our way to energy independence”. Every time I saw this in the news I wondered why he was giving speeches that directly contradicted the manipulated unemployment rate numbers his administration was publishing? Each time I thought about this the only conclusion I could come to was that the Left does not care about anything but their own agenda, and they believe that the rest of us are too stupid or uninformed to know any better!

The Trump Administration is not manipulating the numbers. The Labor Force Participation Rate and the unemployment rate prove that many GOOD things are happening in America.

The Left (Democrats, MSM and RINO Republicans) hate President Trump so badly that they will say and do anything to hurt America just to prevent him from “getting a WIN” on anything. They believe that if he gets a “WIN on anything” it will be a major loss for them and their agenda. The current “continuing” Federal budget crisis is a perfect example of the Left’s hatred for every Conservative’s idea to better America. Now this all centers around President Trump’s border wall demands. In the past many of the Left’s prominent members including, Obama, Pelosi, Schumer and Hillary gave public speeches about the need for a secure border, including a wall. In the past many of them, including Schumer supported budget amendments with funding for a wall. Now that we have an undeniable illegal immigrant crisis at our southern border the Left is angrily declaring we do not have a crisis at our southern border, and even saying things like “a wall is immoral”. This ridiculous “RESIST everything Trump at any cost” mindset came to a head in the oval office this week, 12/11/ 2018 in front of the entire White House Press Corp. and their TV cameras! Pelosi and Schumer got so visibly upset because they were not getting the response from President Trump they wanted, they demanded that the press be ordered out the room. President Trump refused and reminded them that he was “being completely transparent with the American people”. I have seen many things in my long and full life, but this was truly epic! I love seeing the Left saying and doing things like this in front of the nation’s TV cameras! 

Many GOOD things are happening in America and the Left (Democrats, MSM and RINO Republicans) really hate it!

There is So Much Good Happening in America! It is Going to be a Great Christmas Season!

As I have written recently, everywhere I go around the state I see major construction projects happening. Yesterday I took a friend that lives south of Atlanta for a medical procedure that required sedation. As I drove south on state highway 42 out of McDonough, Ga. I was amazed at how much major construction I saw. One large area being cleared had a sign posted next to the highway announcing that the development was going to be over one million square feet of available commercial space (it is speculative!). Across the road from that development another huge building was being built that appeared to be one of the largest commercial warehouse and distribution centers I have ever seen. It was so long that I could not count the loading dock doors on the side facing the road. In addition to these two large commercial developments there were several other properties being developed in that area and one of the largest grading and clearing contractors in the southeastern U.S. was clearing another huge tract of land. There was also a new four lane road being paved into another large tract of uncleared land. Several of the larger developments had set up cement manufacturing plants on the property and had a fleet of cement trucks and a fleet of tandem axle dump trucks hauling the raw materials to the cement plant (only a really big project could justify that expense!). As I looked at all this commercial development, I asked myself where are all these companies going to find employees to fill all these jobs? With the U.S. already being above what most economist consider to be “full employment”, with one of the highest “labor participation rates” in America’s history, this is going to be an issue, but what a great problem for America to be dealing with!

On the way back home, I got off I-75 at Griffin, Ga. and came back through Newnan, Ga. Along the way I noticed a lot of new construction, including new custom-built homes on large tracts of land. Just south of Newnan a large tract of land that was a farm in the past was being cleared. A sign posted next to the highway indicated the area being developed was 213 acres. The highway through that area was being widened to become a four lane and a new street going into the development was being constructed complete with new commercial specification curbs and street gutters being poured.

This morning I went back to my local Home Depot to return some materials that I did not actually need on a project I am working on for a friend. At 10:00 A.M. on a really cold Thursday morning the parking lot was almost full again, with most of the vehicles being some sort of commercial vehicle, all loaded or being loaded with construction or landscape materials. As I was loading the materials off my trailer and onto a lumber cart a kind gentleman walking by stopped and asked if I needed any help! What a great Christmas season we are having!

I have been seeing positive things like this everywhere I went for many months now. This is why almost every federal and state agency, that reports honestly, is reporting that consumer confidence in America is at an all-time high as we approach the 2nd anniversary of President Trump being sworn in as the 45th President of America!

However, if you listen to the “Left” (Democrats, MSM and RINO Republicans) Trump is rapidly destroying America, at home and abroad. These people are so desperate to destroy the Trump presidency (and save their own power) that nothing is too low for them to say or do. As I watch and listen to them, I actually think that some of what they are saying and doing to hurt America should qualify as TREASON! They literally refuse to believe that Trump is still our President and are becoming more “unhinged” by the day as we approach the beginning of President Trump’s 3rd year in office. Some of the RINOs have even announced that they are considering running against President Trump in the 2020 Republican primary!

We cannot let the “haters” win! We must stay positive and focus on all the good things that are happening in America!

Merry Christmas! I refuse to let the America haters win this holiday season!

After I published my article last week, I needed to go to my local Home Depot to purchase some building supplies for a project I am working on for a friend. I pulled into the parking lot at about 10:45 A.M. on “Black Friday”. I am 71 years old and have never seen a Home Depot parking lot this full! I was driving my older heavy-duty Chevy Silverado hunting and work project truck and pulling a 5’ x 8’ utility trailer. With the trailer attached I had trouble finding a parking space! As I looked for a parking space, I noticed men, women and families loading shopping and lumber carts full of all sorts of merchandise including large stuffed animals, Christmas decorations, tools, and even live decorative poinsettia plants into a wide variety of vehicles. And yes, there were also people like me buying building materials, including those in line at the licensed contractor checkout loading area.

When I did find a place to park and got inside it was literally standing room only in some parts of the store. And, like the overflowing parking lot, I have never seen so many orange aprons (Home Depot employees). It was obvious that Home Depot had gone on a well thought out “hiring and training spree”. I had to wait in a queue for an employee to find me a lumber cart and help me load the materials I needed on it. Yet everyone I interacted with in this practically overwhelming retail environment was cheerful and professional. The young lady that checked me out even said “Merry Christmas” to me with a bright smile when she handed me my receipt and credit card back. The young man that helped me fill my order waited for me to check out and then pushed the lumber cart out to the parking lot, helped me load my truck and trailer and then said, “Merry Christmas Sir”. Note: this is a free-standing Home Depot building supply, appliance and garden center store in western Georgia! It is not in a retail mall!

As I wrote earlier, I had just published my weekly article where I listed a lot of very positive things I see happening in America, and how I had made a conscious decision to not let the America hating Left (Democrats, MSM, and RINO Republicans) succeed in making me be in a negative mood this Holiday season! There is too much GOOD happening in America now to allow the Left to suppress my optimism! This positive experience reaffirmed to me that I had made the right decision to focus on everything GOOD that is happening in America. And then over the  weekend, and into the first part of this week, every time I turned on the TV or logged into the internet, it became obvious that I was going to need positive experiences like this if I was going to be able to stay on track with having a positive holiday season and trying to share it with everyone I came in contact with.

It is increasingly obvious to me that the better things get in America the ANGRIER the “America haters” become!  In some instances, “ANGRY” is not a strong enough word to describe the Left’s behavior. It would also be inaccurate to try and use the words REASON or TRUTH when trying to communicate with the Left or understand how they can be so dishonest in their effort to distort the facts about what is really happening in America! Here are two recent examples of how dishonest and disgusting the Left is now:

  • Senator Cindy Hyde-Smith was in a Mississippi runoff for her Senate seat against Mike Espy, a former member of the Clinton Administration. Another Republican candidate got enough votes in the primary election to force the top two vote finishers in the primary to compete in a runoff (Mississippi has a “jungle” primary system where all candidates can run). When complimenting the host of a fund raiser that she was attending during her campaign Hyde-Smith said. “I think so much of him that if he asked me to attend a public hanging I would sit in the front row”. THE RACE CARD IMMEDIATELY CAME OUT ALL OVER THE COUNTRY! She was immediately accused of being racist and deliberately misquoted to support their ridiculous claim. The Left has constantly claimed that she used the word “lynching” instead of the phrase “public hanging”. Public hangings were legal capital punishment, lynchings were murder. She did use a poor choice of words, but this does not make her a racist. Unfortunately, deliberately misquoting someone for political gain is “standard operating procedure” for the Left. Update: Senator Hyde-Smith won the runoff by a comfortable margin.
  • When a large band of illegals tried to cross the border into California the Border Patrol agents working that section of the border were outnumbered “hundreds to one”. When the Border Patrol stood their ground and enforced the border the illegals became violent and began to attack the agents with projectiles like rocks, pieces of concrete, and even pieces of the border fence, while yelling obscenities at them. Several of the agents were injured and several of the Border Patrol vehicles were damaged by the projectiles. The illegals became so violent that the agents had to use pepper spray to try to stop the attack and then had to use tear gas to keep them from breaching the border. The Left’s immediate response was to loudly compare the Border Patrol to the Nazi massacre of the Jews and accusing them of “using chemicals of war against people who only wanted a better life for themselves, including women and children”. The last accusation came from a sitting U.S. Congressman. The Border Patrol supervisor responsible for that area of the border said that NOT ONE OF THE ILLEGALS APPROACHED THE BORDER AND ASKED FOR ASYLUM? The supervisor also said the group that tried to violently cross the border was almost totally male. A FOX NEWS crew that was at the border interviewed several of the illegals involved in the attempt to cross the border. They reported that no one that they talked to said they wanted asylum in the U.S. They all said that they just wanted to come to America to work for a few years. The FOX crew also confirmed that the group at this attempted border crossing was almost totally male.

 

Beginning Sunday evening and on into the week the Left (the Democrats, the MSM, and the RINO Republicans) literally filled the airwaves and the internet with nasty comments like the examples above. As I see all the good things that are happening in America now, I find myself wondering how there could be so much hatred like this for America? But I now accept the fact that the Left will stop at nothing to “fundamentally change America”. We cannot let that happen!

Note: From this point forward, I am going to say “Merry Christmas” to people I interact with, not the P.C. “Happy Holidays”!

 

Happy Holidays!

In spite of what the media is saying it is great to be an American and to live in America this holiday season! Everywhere I go I see good things happening and everyone I talk to tells me that they are doing better now financially than they have for many years:

  • I see huge new retail, manufacturing and distribution centers being built and large tracts of timber land being cleared for more construction, and some of these are huge speculative developments.
  • I have friends that own businesses who all tell me that their only problem now is having enough employees to handle the work that is available to them.
  • Recently I noticed that an entire block of an older part of a neighboring town had been leveled to build new commercial businesses.
  • In the area where I live two different older, but well-maintained homes were sold and then leveled so larger new homes could be built (and I live in a somewhat rural area of my county).
  • I see “Help Wanted” and “Now Hiring” signs everywhere I go and on practically every commercial vehicle.
  • Two different tracts of land in my county that had been zoned agricultural since the county started zoning in 1970 are being rezoned to residential, so new homes can be built on them.
  • Tracts of land that were being developed for new homes and an apartment complex in my county were abandoned when the Clinton Administration caused the housing market and U.S. economy to collapse. They sat idle all these years but have now been reopened and are being developed.
  • There is new commercial development on all four sides of the city that is five miles West of my home, and around the city that is nine miles North of my home.

As I see all the good things that are happening in America this holiday season, I find myself wondering how there could be so much hatred for America from the Left and the media?

Based on my observations of what I can clearly see versus what I hear, it looks like the vast majority of the media in America, broadcast, print and the internet, is “cheer leading” for the Left’s efforts to fulfill Obama’s dream of “fundamentally changing America”. Some of the media’s recent negative “reporting” (I use the term loosely here) was that:

  • Working class Americans are having a harder time making ends meet now than in previous years.
  • The job market in America is the worst it has been since 2010.
  • Trump’s tax cuts were only helping the rich and corporations.
  • In a published interview Laura Ingraham’s estranged brother said that she was “an angry monster”. Laura is a very successful Conservative writer and commentator. She is also a single mom with FOUR ADOPTED CHILDREN.
  • Rich people do not give anyone jobs, poor people create jobs by spending every dollar they get, while the rich get richer.
  • Many people on the Left, including in the media are still insisting that “Trump is a declared racist” because he publicly stated that he is a “Nationalist”. They refuse to acknowledge the definition of a “Nationalist”. Which means putting your country first! Being a declared “Nationalist” has absolutely nothing to do with being a racist. A “Nationalist” is a person who loves his country while a racist is a person who selectively hates!

As I thought about the good things that are happening in America, I made a conscious decision to focus on the holidays and do everything I can to make the holidays as positive as I can for everyone that I come in contact with. And to continue to do what I can to make people aware of how much opportunity there is in America now for people to achieve their dreams. That is why so many people from so many other countries want to come to America. We cannot let the “America haters” win!
