Can America Survive the Left’s Vicious Attacks on Our Constitution?

Early in 2008 I was talking to a friend who is as politically active as I am. We were talking about how divisive politics had become, especially on a national level. At one point during the conversation he asked me a simple question. It was, “how did we get to this place in America”. I have thought back to that conversation a number of times over the years and every time I thought that we had to be at rock bottom politically. I thought that destructive divisive politics could not possibly get any worse than they were at that time. And each time they immediately got worse! That is still true!

All day every day I see and hear things from the Left (Democrats, RINO Republicans and the MSM) that I have trouble comprehending. Their open hatred for “everything Trump” and his supporters is beyond description. It does not matter to the Left how much good news is available at the moment. All that matters to them is to highlight bad news for the Trump presidency, even if it is not true.

The Left has only one goal. Destroy the Trump presidency now. He cannot be allowed to still be in office on November 6, 2020! The Left is willing to pay any price to achieve that goal, even if it means the long-term destruction of America. They are the adult version of a spoiled child who deliberately breaks his favorite toy rather than share it with another child. But they claim, “Trump constantly throws temper tantrums”!

As I wrote last week, it is inarguable that the left has a detailed and carefully coordinated plan to take back the White House on November 6, 2020, if not before. They will not let anything stop them from accomplishing that goal. Nothing matters to them but having total power over and control of our government so they can make America be part of their dream of a one party “One World Order” and consolidate their power forever. Here is a small sample of the Left’s recent actions as they initiate their carefully coordinated plan to destroy the Trump presidency at any cost:

  • Nancy Pelosi informed President Trump, in writing that he could not give his annual “State of the Union” speech to Congress! This is unheard of!
  • More hard left Democrats formally announced that they were running for president in 2020. And they all had the same message. It was, “they are running because they are the only one who can fix everything that is wrong with America now and according to them it is all Trumps fault”. Every Democrat that could find a TV camera and microphone during the three-day MLK weekend specifically attacked Trump in very nasty ways. Candidates Biden, Sanders, Harris, Booker, Gillibrand and others like Representative Clyburn said that Trump was racist, a pathological liar, and could not be trusted in any way. The head of the Democratic Caucus, Hakeem Jeffries went even further when he said, in front of cameras and a microphone on MLK day, that Trump was the Grand Wizard of the KKK and the White House was now the KKK headquarters!  Alyssa Milano joined in the KKK references when she tweeted that “MAGA hats are the new white hood”.
  • At the RNC winter meeting there was an attempt to introduce a resolution as part of the party’s platform that President Trump’s bid to be re-elected on November 6, 2020 be unopposed on the Republican party ticket. I never thought that I would see something like this be an issue at the RNC! This is unheard of!
  • Alan Dershowitz, a former constitutional law professor and lifelong liberal Democrat recently published a long and detailed book titled, “The Case Against The Democratic House Impeaching Trump”. It was a legal analysis of our Constitution regarding impeaching a U.S. president. He lives in ultra-liberal Martha’s Vineyard. He openly contributed to Hillary’s campaign, campaigned for her and brags about voting for her. But as a result of him publishing this book he and his wife are being shunned by former friends and neighbors. Some former friends have publicly said that they would not attend any event if he was going to be there! He is also getting death threats!
  • The Left is refusing to consider any form of new wall being built on our southern border and is demanding that ICE be abolished. Their reasoning is that a wall is ineffective and immoral, and ICE is mistreating immigrants, especially children. A very brave and enterprising reporter took a film crew inside an immigrant child care facility in Broward county Florida. When she made her report after the visit she was furious with the Left’s outright lies about how ICE is mistreating immigrant children. She went into great detail about how well equipped and staffed the facility was. She even compared it to schools in minority areas, including the schools she went to when she was growing up and in college. At this point she became so angry that she actually began to use expletives to describe the Left’s lies about how bad the ICE facilities are! She angrily said that every child in America deserved to have their schools and home be as good as this ICE facility! I am sure the MSM will bury this report.

And then we had the Buzzfeed article claiming that President Trump told Cohen to lie when he testified under oath about Trump’s alleged plans to build a hotel in Russia and his alleged Russia connections. As soon as this hit the internet the Left went completely off the rails in their excitement about finally having a way to impeach and maybe even jail Trump. Even after the Mueller team made a public statement that this was NOT TRUE, the Left refused to “let it go”. While this was happening a number of Conservatives pointed out this was a perfect example of how unreasonable and irrational the Left’s hatred is for Trump. Several of these people noted that the Left’s hatred for Trump was so bad that they always rush to believe anything bad about Trump, and then refuse to acknowledge any corrections of that information proving it to be false.

I firmly believe that this is what the Left plans to do all day every day until the Trump presidency is destroyed, or until November 6, 2020. As I have written in the past, the Left sees the Trump presidency as a death sentence to their power and their dream to “fundamentally change America”. However, I see so much GOOD happening in America now and President Trump being so strong and determined to fulfill his promises to his supporters that we will win this battle for America.

Why Do We Have Such an Absurd Double Standard of Justice in America?

Our Justice System is supposed to be blind so nothing can influence it but the facts. Unfortunately that is not what we have in America today. I am sure there have always been people in America who have questioned how laws have been enforced, but what I am seeing today is way beyond anything I have seen in my lifetime.

Here are some glaring examples of one side of the double standard of justice we have in America today:

  • The Clinton Foundation was nothing but a giant “pay for play” money laundering organization that operated for many years with an estimated two billion dollars in funds passing through it. The Foundation deliberately did such a sloppy job of managing its books that no reputable charity auditing organization would attempt to audit them and verify how much money they actually raised, or how much of it actually went to valid charities. The best available estimation of how much of the money it took in actually went to valid charities was only 5.73% and most of that went to the Clinton Initiative, which was the charity formed and operated by Bill Clinton.
  • Bill Clinton “volunteered” to head up the international efforts to raise the hundreds of millions of dollars needed to restore Haiti, and to manage the restoration efforts. The published plan was to provide immediate humanitarian aid and then develop long term housing and jobs programs. To date the proposed housing and jobs programs do not exist on any level that remotely resembles what was proposed, even though enough money was raised to pay for them. All the money has been spent and a huge amount of it cannot be accounted for?
  • Another part of the Clinton’s international “pay for play” scam was Bill’s international speaking tour where he was paid $500,000 to $750,000 per speech. Hillary started doing the same thing immediately after she left the position of Secretary of State.
  • John Podesta, Hillary’s Campaign Manager, and his brother had a very expensive lobbying firm in Washington that specialized in working for international clients.
  • While Hillary was Secretary of State she and her staff deliberately mishandled hundreds of thousands of U.S. Government documents. Eleven U.S. Government electronic communication devices assigned to her and her staff were deliberately destroyed and 33,000 U.S. documents were destroyed and all traces of them were wiped clean. Hillary and her staff gave access to U.S. Government documents to people who did not have the security clearances required to have access to those documents. Every time Hillary or her staff mishandled a U.S. Government document they committed a felony!
  • Jim Comey’s work in the private sector included a year at Lockheed Martian. He was paid $6,000,000 for that year’s work. He still had his U.S. Government security clearance and used his connections in Washington to “lobby” for Government contracts for Lockheed Martian.

No one involved in any of this has ever been subjected to any level of prosecution or public scrutiny from anyone in our justice system or the MSM!

Here are a few examples of the other side of our justice system:

  • Assistant AG Rod Rosenstein appointed Mueller as a Special Prosecutor to open a wide ranging federal investigation into alleged Russia collusion with Donald Trump to assure Trump won the election. The opening of the investigation was based on false information compiled in a dossier paid for by the Clinton campaign, our DOJ and our FBI in an organized and coordinated effort to prevent Trump from winning the election.
  • General Flynn, President Trump’s first National Security Advisor has had his and his family’s lives destroyed based on charges that he lied to the FBI. These charges were filed against him even though the agents he talked to originally said he did not lie to them, and he was not under oath. He will be forced to plea bargain and will still serve time in jail. The real reason for this prosecution is because the prosecutors want to force him to somehow help them find evidence that can be used to impeach President Trump.
  • Paul Manafort, his family and some former business associate’s lives have been destroyed based on some of Manafort’s financial actions dating back to 2005. He was recently convicted on eight of eighteen charges and is still awaiting a second trial on the same eighteen charges in another jurisdiction. Regardless of what happens in the second trial he will most likely die in jail. Evidence used to indict him was obtained in a pre-dawn Gestapo style raid at his home by FBI agents. The real reason all this is happening is because he briefly worked on the Trump campaign and the prosecutors want to force him to somehow help them find evidence that can be used to impeach President Trump.
  • Michael Cohen, one of President Trump’s former lawyers has been charged with a number of crimes, including breaking campaign finance laws. So much pressure has been put on him that he has been forced to plea bargain for a reduced sentence. Recently he was subpoenaed to testify in a criminal investigation into the Trump Foundation, a charity that was operated by Trump!  The real reason all this is happening is because he did some legal work for Trump and the prosecutors want to force him to somehow help them find evidence that can be used to impeach President Trump. What is really interesting about the alleged campaign finance law violations is that what he and candidate Trump did WAS NOT ACTUALLY A VIOLATION OF CAMPAIGN FINANCE LAWS ACCORDING TO ALAN DERSHOWITZ, A WELL KNOW AND RESPECTED LEGAL SCHOLAR.  Evidence used to indict him was obtained in  pre-dawn Gestapo style raids at his home and office by FBI agents.

Obviously both of these lists of examples of the frightening double standard of justice we have in America today could be much longer, but I believe what I have described here proves that it does exist.
